By using Absolute Two Face ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

Absolute Two Face is an AI-powered tool that generates stylized versions of uploaded face photos. You upload a photo, and we generate up to 4 AI-styled versions (anime, cyberpunk, 3D, etc.).

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them.
  • You must not upload photos of other people without their consent.
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

4. Free Tier & Paid Plans

  • Free tier: 2 free generations. Watermarked output. No signup required.
  • Paid plans: Unlimited generations, no watermark, priority queue. Billed monthly.
  • Pricing may change with 30 days notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers. After that, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your original uploaded photos.
  • AI-generated images are licensed to you for personal use.
  • You may not claim AI-generated images as entirely human-created artwork.
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or quality of generated images.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, unexpected AI results, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
