2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate AI-styled versions of your uploaded photos.
• To deliver the results back to you.
• To improve our AI model and service quality.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.

3. Photo Handling & Deletion

• Uploaded photos are sent to our AI processing partner (Replicate) for generation.
• Original photos and generated images are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours after generation.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models.
• You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

• Replicate — AI image generation API. Your photos are sent to Replicate for processing.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles your payment data securely.
• Cloudflare — CDN and security services.

5. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated images are created using InstantID technology to preserve your facial features.
• Generated images are for personal use only.
• You retain ownership of your original photos.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the service. We do not use tracking cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

• Request deletion of your data at any time.
• Opt out of any data collection beyond what is necessary for the service.
